Challenge: Create a direct
mail piece targeting Range Rover owners, inviting them to a $5,000, one-week
driving adventure in Aspen, Colorado.
Solution: Use carefully crafted language to both present
the itinerary and make the offer irresistibly special. It required a certain
tone, mixing quality and adventure—the very attributes of the Range Rover
brand and, by extension, Range Rover owners.
The mailing was a tremendous success, selling out the event within a few
days (one recipient overnighted his check upon receiving the brochure,
concerned he'd miss out on something that sounded so amazing and exclusive).
