Challenge: Create a jingle
that reminds summertime radio listeners that an Aplus Mini Market is
always nearby. It had to be built around a baseball theme...and had to
contain the lyrically challenging name "Atlantic Aplus Mini
Markets."
Solution: I wrote lyrics that fit to the sound
track you'll hear on the final jingle, with the words delivered via boisterous
fan endorsement. (I listened to the music, then wrote the lyrics to fit.)
I tried to write it more like a stadium cheer than a jingle…and somehow
managed to get the client's name mentioned six times!
